The purpose of our return policy is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases from Mobility Plus Pro The terms and conditions below apply to your order and protect the transaction.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns! We do not credit shipping charges, insurance, tax, customs charges, or return shipping fees. Restocking fees calculated from your purchase price of the returned items, minus Shipping & any discounts received.

  • Contains only returnable merchandise.
  • Returned within 7 days of shipped date.
  • Product must be unused, clean and not damaged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend that you insure your return. We can not accept responsibility if damaged in transit.

Merchandise should be unused, in its original packaging, and in sell-able condition. We reserve the right to refuse, refund, exchange, or give a store credit for your return at our sole discretion.

Mobility Plus Pro offers free shipping on most all products in the continental US for most states, however when an item is returned the original outbound shipping charges are deducted from your credit.

Extended Returns (after 30 days): We can extend our return policy for an additional fee. Items returned within 30 days may qualify for a return at 50% restocking fee. Your returnable item is not guaranteed returnable after fifteen days. Contact us for details!

Cancellations: All cancelled orders are subject to 20% processing fee. Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Custom Scooters such as the enclosed models are NOT refundable. All canceled orders once placed are subject to 50% Re Stocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS

Payment

Payment is required in full before an order is considered placed. No order can be shipped until order is paid in full.

We do currently accept Visa and MasterCard Discover and eCheck and PayPal (no medicare/medicaid).

Wires will be accepted for bulk orders.

  • Item Availability

    Most items on our site are “In Stock” and ready to ship. Some items may be either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific release date, or require extra time for assembly or other adjustments. For more information, please read the details below.

    In-Stock Items

    Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

    For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. During checkout, you will get to select a shipping method and see the total time it takes for the item to leave the warehouse and ship to its destination. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Temporarily Out of Stock Items

    Temporarily Out of Stock items are items that are not in stock at the time of your order, but available for purchase on our site. A Temporarily Out of Stock item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Temporarily Out of Stock item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, “Temporarily Out of Stock”: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks”) is indicated on the Product Detail page.

    Advanced Sale Items

    Advanced Sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. An Advanced Sale item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, “Advanced Sale: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks”) is indicated on the Product Detail page.

  • Shipping Methods and Costs

    Depending on the item(s) you purchase on our site and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods may be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

    At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the dimensional weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

    Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Expedited requests still require regular processing time in some instances may require 1 to 2 business days before actually shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Standard Ground Shipping, (3-5 business days)

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS or FEDEX Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Second Day Shipping, (2-3 business days)

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Overnight Shipping, (1-2 business days)

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service . You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  • Shipping Rules and Restrictions

    We are more than happy to ship orders to an alternate mailing address, but for your security there are some restrictions.

    Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover: When shipping to an alternate address, we verify the order manually. The verification process is quick and typically completed by the next business, however to avoid shipping delays we recommend scheduling shipment to your billing address or paying by Google Checkout. To verify your order, we ask for the billing phone number on file with your credit card company at checkout. We then contact you to verify your order through the confirmed phone number. To expedite processing, please contact your credit card company to update your phone number if you believe the correct number may not be on file.

    Debit Cards: We are unable to ship orders placed by debit card to an alternate address. However, you may use your debit card when paying by Google Checkout. Google Checkout allows you to use your debit card to ship to an alternate address.

    We thank you in advance for your patience. This process allows us to prevent fraud and provide our customers with the highest possible level of security.

    1. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
    2. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.

    An Oversized Item that is sent via a freight trucking company will usually arrive to your designated shipping address within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.

    The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building.

    Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help unload the item from the truck. The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.

    When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

    1. Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by email service@ewheelsdealers.com . Please have your order number available when you call.
    2. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by email service@ewheelsdealers.com .
  • Tracking Your Order

    Orders placed on our web site may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

  • Finding Your Order Status
    The status of your order is easy to find.
    1. Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order
    2. Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail service@ewheelsdealers.com .

    How is order status different from tracking information? The status of your order is supplied by ELECTRIC WHEELS, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as UPS, FEDEX or a Freight Delivery Service) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible through the carrier’s website when it becomes available.

    *Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

  • Estimated Delivery Dates

    Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination.

    When we can accurately calculate Estimated Delivery Dates, we’ll provide them to you during Checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

Returns – Shipping

  • RETURNS & WARRANTIES
    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery at service@ewheelsdealers.com . Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. ELECTRIC WHEELS will make every reasonable effort to assist you by either providing replacement parts or technical assistance to solve the problem.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE MERCHANDISE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE IMPORTANTCredit or RefundYou can expect a credit or refund, less a 25% restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product back complete and in good and unused condition. You will be refunded the PURCHASEase price, EXCLUDING the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Cancelled Orders

    Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

    Returning an Item
    Standard Return Shipping
    1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure a credit.
    2. Complete the return reason questionnaire and include it in the return package.
    3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
    4. Send the return package to the following address:

    5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    6. It is recommended that you use UPS whenever possible for your return. Retain the return Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.
    7. To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 10 days of original shipment date.
    8. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

    Returning an Oversized Item

    Returning an Oversized Item Items are considered to be oversized if they are heavier than 30 pounds. You will not be refunded shipping charges under any circumstances on Oversized Items that are returned . Please be aware that shipping charges can be quite expensive for Oversized Items. Follow these steps to return an Oversized Item:

    1. If you have assembled the product, dissemble it before shipment using the original protective packaging materials.
    2. Package the disassembled item(s) securely in original product packaging, whenever possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to insure a refund or credit.
    3. Complete the return reason questionnaire that was included with your packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package.
    4. Contact a Customer Service Specialist at service@ewheelsdealers.com for instructions on arranging a freight delivery pickup for your items. Please have your customer ID number located on your packing list available when you call.
    5. You must be present at the location and time of pickup. All packaged item(s) must be at the front door for the freight driver.
    6. To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 15 days of original shipment date.
    7. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
    IMPORTANT

    If there is significant visible damage to the carton upon receipt, request that the driver note the damage and request a claim be filed with the carrier for damage. You should also immediately contact ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service representative at service@ewheelsdealers.com .

    ELECTRIC WHEELS products are warranted to the original retail purchaser, when purchased directly from an authorized ELECTRIC WHEELS reseller, to be complete and free from defects in materials and workmanship in the frame and components, except for tires and inner tubes and batteries, for a period of:

    All electric scooters: 30 days from the date of purchase EWHEELS branded electric bicycles and Mobility scooters : 90 days from the date of purchase ELECTRIC WHEELS replacement/maintenance parts & accessories: 30 days from the date of purchase/receipt when purchased directly from ELECTRIC WHEELS.

    2. EWHEELS branded electric bicycles and Mobility scooters : 90 days from the date of purchas ELECTRIC WHEELS replacement/maintenance parts & accessories: 30 days from the date of purchase/receipt when purchased directly from ELECTRIC WHEELS.

    Tires and inner tubes are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for 30 days. The tire and inner tube warranty does not include damage from normal road hazards, flat tires, tire cuts and the like, skid wear or blowouts from over inflation or other such misuse, or normal wear.

    Purchased within the United States

    ELECTRIC WHEELS LLC warrants to the original owner of each new EWHEELS brand electric bicycle, when purchased directly from an authorized ELECTRIC WHEELS reseller, to be complete and that the following components will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period indicated below.

    WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SHIPPING DAMAGE, ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ABUSE.

    Warranty

    EWHEELS branded electric bicycles: three months (90 days) from purchase date by the original owner. ELECTRIC WHEELS replacement or maintenance parts & accessories: One month (30 days) from purchase date when purchased directly from ELECTRIC WHEELS.

    Specific Warranty Items

    Tires and inner tubes are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for One month (30 days). The tire and inner tube warranty does not include damage from normal road hazards, flat tires, tire cuts and the like, skid wear or blowouts from over inflation or other such misuse, or normal wear.

    Batteries (factory-installed in an EWHEELS bike) are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three months (90 days) from the date of purchase by the original owner. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, or normal wear. Batteries purchased as maintenance or accessory parts are warranted for One month (30 days) from the date of purchase by the original owner, when purchased directly from ELECTRIC WHEELS.

    Items Not Covered

    Warranties are limited to replacement of parts and/or products determined by ELECTRIC WHEELS, at its sole discretion, to be defective. In cases where multiple components are missing, you may be redirected to the retailer for assistance. ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to the following: Normal wear and tear; any damage, failure and/or loss caused by accident, shipping damage, misuse, neglect, abuse and/or failure to follow instructions or warnings as stated on the product or in the applicable owner’s manual or other printed materials provided with the product; damage, failure and/or loss caused by the use of the product for stunt riding, ramp jumping, competition, off-road use, acrobatics, trick riding or other similar activities, or use in any other manner for which such products were not specifically designed. This warranty does not apply to any products or components, mechanical and/or electrical, which have in any way been altered from their original configuration by any person. ELECTRIC WHEELS will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any ELECTRIC WHEELS product used for rental or commercial purposes unless the specific product is designated, labeled or marketed by ELECTRIC WHEELS as acceptable for rental or commercial use. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any ELECTRIC WHEELS product sold by a non-authorized reseller or retailer. The ELECTRIC WHEELS Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to any replacement, maintenance or accessory parts not sold directly by ELECTRIC WHEELS to the original retail purchaser.

    Warranty Claims

    Those parts and/or products which are determined by ELECTRIC WHEELS to be defective and to qualify for warranty replacement will be provided at no charge, only after a valid warranty claim is processed by ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service Department. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting the ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service service@ewheelsdealers.com within the warranty period (stated above). Standard Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all orders placed for warranty parts and/or products and will be charged to the customer/warranty claimant at the time said parts and/or products are shipped from ELECTRIC WHEELS. ELECTRIC WHEELS, at its sole discretion, has the option of replacing with a new part, or factory re-certified part. The Limited Warranty stated herein is in lieu of and expressly excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether expressed or implied by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties for merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose. ELECTRIC WHEELS shall in no event be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with their products. The liability of ELECTRIC WHEELS hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods complying with this warranty or at the sole discretion of ELECTRIC WHEELS to the repayment of an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product in question.

    Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all claims made under this warranty and will be charged to the claimant at the time products are shipped from ELECTRIC WHEELS distribution center.

The liability of ELECTRIC WHEELS hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods complying with this warranty or at the sole discretion of ELECTRIC WHEELS to the repayment of an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product in question.

    Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all claims made under this warranty and will be charged to the claimant at the time products are shipped from ELECTRIC WHEELS distribution center.
    • SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE MERCHANDISE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
    • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE AT THIER OWN EXPENSE.

Warranty-Mobility Scooters

    • Models: EW-27, EW-36, EW-38, EW-54 & EW-72
    • Three Year Limited Warranty
    • Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; Seat post and frame.
    • One Year Limited Warranty
    • One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at E-Wheels’ discretion.
    • The batteries are warranted by E-Wheels for 6 months after the purchase of the Unit.
    • Labor and service calls are NOT included:
      The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your E-Wheels product.
    • SHIPPING – DOMESTIC:
      Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge. All warranty items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the purchaser.
    • SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL:
      Parts will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any offshore and/or international location will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International and offshore end-users must contact E-Wheels directly to initiate the warranty process.
    • ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
      MOTOR: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty does not apply.
    • (An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to excessive strain on the scooter).
    • SERVICE:
      Warranty service can be performed by E-Wheels or by an authorized service facility. Do not return faulty parts to E-Wheels without prior consent. A request for a Return Authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
    • WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
      This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter.
    • This Warranty excludes:
    •  Battery Charger: The charger carries a 30 day warranty.
    •  Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, throttle, brakes, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers)
    •  Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, commercial use, or use other than normal.
    •  Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
    •  Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from E-Wheels.
    •  Labor, service calls, shipping (including warranty claims), and other charges incurred for repair of the product are not approved by E-Wheels unless authorized.
    •  Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty.
    •  Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded

EV RIDER

Warranty by EV Rider, LLC All Products – Except the Stand-N-Ride THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; including platform, seat post, and frame. ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY One (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the Scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, at EV Rider, LLC’s option, without charge. Labor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number and the date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your EV Rider product. SHIPPING – DOMESTIC: All warranty items will be shipped via Fedex Ground. Requested expedited shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
